Q Q: Can I change my delivery/pickup method on subscriptions?

A: Yes! You can edit your delivery or pick up method on your subscription at any time. Please contact the store at 857 250 2509 or email orders@theurbangrape.com to update your pick up / delivery method.

Q Q: How do I make changes to the wine club level that I subscribe to?

A: You can make changes any time through your account on our website! Log into your account and go to the 'Manage Subscriptions'
page.

Q Q: Can I edit the frequency of my subscription?

A: As of now, we only offer monthly subscriptions. If you would prefer less frequent wine club orders, you can always choose to order a-la-carte during the months of your choice. (You can also place extra orders a-la-carte, if you want multiple of a given month's
subscription items).

Q Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our website or by contacting a team member at the store!
Under your Urban Grape account, follow the prompts within 'Manage my Subscription.

Q Q: What if I don’t like one of the wines offered in the subscription?

A: There are no substitutions allowed, but here’s where we are asking you to trust us. The Wine Club is about exploration and expanding your palate. We promise to pick palate-friendly and interesting wines. All you have to do is promise to try them with an
open mind!

Q Q: Where can I find information about the wines in each month’s delivery?

A: Starting on the 1st of every month you can find information on the wines right on our website! When you purchase any Wine Club, you receive an insert describing all the wines and recommended food pairings!

A: It’s about the surprise! It’s about the adventure! It’s about expanding your palate! The easiest way to learn about wine is to taste lots of wine. Go into it with an open mind and you’ll soon be drinking varietals from all over the world with confidence!
