The F.I.T. Lab is a health and fitness company that provides a safe, non-judgmental, familial environment for clients, while simultaneously
providing entrepreneurial opportunities for small, women-owned, and BIPOC business professionals.
WHAT TO BRING :
Be sure to bring water, a towel, and a dry pair of athletic shoes.
GENERAL RULES :
All clients must be at least 16 years old unless they are accompanied by an adult.
No minors are allowed unless authorized by The F.I.T. Lab staff.
No pets are allowed.
The F.I.T. Lab staff is not responsible nor liable for lost or stolen items.
An accident waiver and release of liability form must be completed before participating in any class or training
program.
REFUND POLICY :
All payments are final. If you pay for a class or service we do not offer refunds. In case of an injury or illness that
occurs outside of our premises and if accompanied by documentation from a physician, we will credit your account
and you may resume training with your trainer, class or a comparable class when you are healthy enough to do so.
