PRODUCT How will I know which frame will fit me best?

We do provide measurements for each of the frames on each product page. If you do currently own a pair of frames, there are three numbers that
can be found on the inside temple, which can give you an idea of what size fits you best. We also have a virtual try-on feature to help you see how
the frames will look on your face.
What are your warranty terms?
We offer a 1-year warranty for any defaults from a manufacturer's error. Our warranty does not cover damage from personal wear and tear, breakage,
or third-party alterations. You can purchase NURICARE which offers an added warranty to cover personal damage to the frames. Visit our warranty

What are the frames made of?
All of our frames are made mostly of wood sourced from Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Some also have metal and acetate material as part of the
design. You can learn more information on each product page.
How do I take care of my frames? LENSES & PRESCRIPTIONS What are the features of the lenses?
Wipe them down after each use.
Keep them cool.
Keep them dry.

Can I buy the frames and take them to my eye doctor to put in my prescription lenses?
LENSES & PRESCRIPTIONS
All of our lenses are MR7, blue-light-blocking lenses. They are scratch-resistant, UV420 resistant, anti-reflective, high-index, and hydrophobic.
What are blue-light blocking lenses?
Absolutely, our frames are optical frames so the lenses can be switched out. Note that our Warranty does not cover damage from third-party
alterations.
Do you take prescriptions?
Blue-light blocking lenses, also known as blue-light filters or anti-blue lenses are able to block off the blue light rays from your electronic devices.
These lenses are known to help contribute to managing eye strain from sitting in front of electronic screens for long periods of time. For more

Can I buy the frames without a prescription?
Yes, we take prescriptions for all lenses. Note that they must be within 24 months (2 years) of having been filled. You will need to obtain it from
your doctor and provide it to us after selecting your frames of choice for verification purposes. Please see our prescription policy for more
information.
Can I use my insurance?
Absolutely! Frames can be purchased with or without a prescription.
Do you charge an additional fee for prescriptions?
We do not accept insurance; however, we can provide an itemized receipt upon request.
