In an effort to expand the services and support we can offer, North Raleigh Doulas is now Zebulon Birth & Wellness!

At Zebulon Birth & Wellness, we are now able to offer in-person small group classes in addition to yoga and massage! Our clients can expect the same level of
support while gaining access to a myriad of other services and support, including an exciting series for new and soon-to-be fathers.

Zebulon Birth & Wellness centers around empowering and supporting families from conception to birth, and beyond. We harness the knowledge and expertise of
various modalities of birthwork to provide the community with resources to birth and parent confidently.

From doula support to support groups, we have resources and trained professionals to partner with you as you navigate this exciting time in your life.
