A: Mushroom Spirits are spirits (i.e. vodka, whiskey, gin, etc.) that have been infused with various types of mushrooms. The mushrooms
are not part of the distilling process, they are used mainly for flavor.
A: Our spirits all have their individual flavor profiles, so you can use them in a variety of ways. While you may think that mushroom
flavored spirits would only work in savory cocktails, they work remarkably well in sweet cocktails too. You can also drink them in
martinis, vodka tonics, neat or over ice. Some of our customers even cook with our spirits. Check out our cocktail menu for inspiriation!

Bourbon are all traditional spirits and are not infused with mushrooms
A: We mainly sell in our tasting room in Seneca Falls, NY and the Ithaca Farmers Market. We do attend various other markets and
festivals throughout the year, please check the home page or our social media pages for updates.
