Welcome to Koffee Day Spa, a swank, boutique spa located in downtown Dallas, specializing in massage, facials, skincare, and
body treatments for all skin types.
Once you are entering the day spa, note that is is a quiet zone, like a library. Therefore we ask that you silence your cell phone,
and make sure that you speak in your "spa voice" (inner quite voice). This will make it easier for you to relax, and will allow others
around you to enjoy their experience as well.
Please arrive at your appointed time. If you come early, please wait in your car until your appointment time is ready, we take sanitation
and personal space seriously. We will open exactly at the time of your appointment. Thank You, so much for your understanding.
Just bring yourself. Koffee Day Spa has everything you need to enjoy your services such as: robes, slippers, etc. We highly recommend
you leave valuables at home.
Please silence your cell phone and minimize your conversations upon entering the spa. We ask that you communicate via text if all
possible, to avoid interrupting others.
Unless your child is in the spa for services, we ask that you leave your child at home for safety reasons.
You simply need to call in to make your appointments, please note we don't accept gift cards during spa parties. If you have an open
credit gift card, you can use the card for services or products we offer at the spa. Please note we can't use any of your gift cards
towards gratuity. Gift cards don't expire but they do depreciate by $5.00 per month after the expiration date.
We love kids and we often times have special events and services for our teen clients. However, our guests 10-17 years are eligible for
facials, and foot services when accompanied by parents.
We want your spa experience to be exceptional. However, we can't help you, if you remain silent. Anytime you are in need of assistance
or feel any discomfort due to massage pressure, music volume, noise level or other conditions, please let your spa therapist know
immediately.
Your services start at the appointed time, this will avoid our next guests being delayed. The full value of treatments will be charged.
Please notify us of any conditions, high blood pressure, allergies, or any physical issues that might affect your services. We do have a
client form that you are required to fill out upon your visit.
You have to cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance, or you will be liable for 100% of your services. No shows will also be
charged 100% of your total service.
We currently do not charge automatically for gratuity. We trust all of our clients will properly tip for all services rendered. We
conveniently provide you a tipping envelope. We only accept cash. We suggest having the proper tip to make your check out easy.
Proper gratuity is 15%-20% of your service.
We require a valid credit card when booking your appointments. We currently accept all major credit cards and cash for services.

Yes. Please note we will try to grant your wish, but we can't always guarantee availability. Please note that all of our therapist are
skilled, and certified to provide you the most professional experience and you should feel free to try different therapists, they all
have a special gift for something, and this will allow us to provide you the widest range of appointments possible.
Yes, we have several professional brands here at the spa for sensitive skin. We have skilled and trained estheticians that are
aware of how to handle any skin type.
We have special protocol for our spa parties. We require you to call our spa to get more information. Please note we do not accept
gift certificates, groupons, or coupons for spa party services. A deposit is required minimum 4 guests are required.
Shaving before treatments is not recommend prior to the service. If you do shave to avoid irritation do so at least 6 to 24 hours
prior to your scheduled appointment. Hair removal must be 1/4 inches long to properly remove. Please avoid excessive sun
exposure for 24 hours to reduce irritation.
Yes, there is a $30.00 travel and set up fee per therapist. Please note this fee could be more based on travel location.
