how are my items shipped?
we ship all items Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. the pre-calculated rates include
shipping, handling, and delivery confirmation. the table below calculates the cost based on your purchase.
Most packages arrive to your doorstep in 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed.
what is your return policy?
just add honey wants you to love your teas as much as we do. if for any reason you are not satisfied, you
are welcome to exchange or return the item within 30 days of purchase. please note:: special priced and
sale items are non-returnable. please include a copy of your invoice with your return. for your protection,
we recommend using US Postal Service or an insured parcel post. Once the return is received, will will
issue your refund via online {less shipping and handling fees} using the method that was used in the order.
will you keep my information confidential?
at just add honey we respect you and your privacy. we will not share, trade, or sell any of your information
to anyone at any time without your permission. this policy will never change!
No taxation without...? Is tea taxed?
sales tax will be applied to your total at checkout (before shipping) for all orders placed by residents of the
state of georgia.
do you offer gift-wrapping and gift certificates?
do not keep the tea all to yourself! just add honey wants you to share your love of tea with others. we can
gift wrap your selection in our signature gift-wrap, free of charge! just let us know at checkout! we also offer
gifts certificates in $25 increments. just let us know at checkout! we will provide you with the full receipt
through email and ship the order to the recipients’ address with a gift receipt.
