Cakes must be ordered at least 7 days in advance of your pick-up time. Need a cake sooner? Please call for availability. Rush Charges
may apply.

Unregfrigerated – 24 hours

Refrigerated – up to 5 days, thaw for 10 minutes

Frozen – up to 2 months, thaw for 30 minutes to enjoy

If you are taking your macarons home to enjoy the day of purchase, they can be eaten immediately or refrigerated. If you are traveling, tell
our sales associates and they will wrap them for you to put in your freezer before you depart for your travels.

Of course! Please ask for the wifi upon arrival.

All cookies are vegan! Vegan cakes can be made upon request.

Macarons are a gluten free product. Our Signature Biscoff flavor is an exception. Please ask a sales associate for specifics.

When you come visit our location, there are plenty of drink options to pair with your dessert. Options include espresso drinks, a variety of
teas, water, and seltzers.

All sales are final once payment is made on an order. Should you need to cancel an order, a store credit will be issued, and must be used
within 6 months of the cancellation.

For a custom cake order we suggest 1 week in advance during our busier times like holidays we suggest 2 weeks lead time. Should you
need a cake sooner than that timeframe please contact us to check for availability.

We do not provide meals other than what we will be serving for our tea service.
