of 2016 and since, it has grown to great popularity in the Harlem area and the surrounding communities. Visited by over 3000 visitors per month, Harlem
Hookah is the only one of its type in Manhattan, with luxe decor, modern chic ambiance, lively energy, and a custom array of shisha and spirits to make
every guest feel embraced. Harlem Hookah is a proud woman owned and black owned business.

No. Only Hookah here! Thank you.
SPEAKING OF BATHROOMS- I LOVE YOURS!
Thanks! We love them too. The TVs are great. We designed them so that if you are watching a game you don’t have to miss that final
touchdown just cause you need to go drain the main vain. But please be mindful, that more often than not, there are others waiting
outside who need to visit the bathroom too. So while sitting in the bathroom to watch TV or take a million selfies may seem cool, it
isn’t when you are on the other side of that door. Do your business, wash your hands, snap a quick selfie, and bounce!
I HEARD THAT I HAVE TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE HOOKAH. IS THAT TRUE?
1 hookah must be purchased for every 4 people. That means if you have 5 people you have to purchase 2 hookahs. If you have 9
people you have to purchase 3. It does not matter if there are people in your party who don’t smoke hookah. The minimum purchase
rules still apply.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
No, please come as you are.
DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations are not required, but suggested. We take reservations for parties of 2-15. Click here to make a reservation. The cut off
time for same-day reservations is 3 pm. After which, you can walk-in.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-IN'S?
Yes, we do. However, there may be a wait. We highly suggest making a reservation.
WHAT IF I WANT TO COME WITH A GROUP LARGER THAN 15 PEOPLE?
We offer buy-outs and partial buy-outs for groups larger than 15 people. For rates for private and semi-private events please email

Is there a time limit?
On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays all guest have a 2-hour time limit at both the tables and the bar. If you spend 2 hours at the bar
and wish to move to a table, you will have to exit and wait for a table outside.
I LEFT MY LICENSE AT HOME BUT I HAVE MY SCHOOL ID, CAN I USE THAT?
Damn! We know the feeling. But we have to follow the law so unfortunately we can only accept State Drivers Licenses, State IDs,
military IDs, or passports.
DO WE HAVE TO TIP 20%?
No you can tip 25%! But 20% is automatically applied to each bill. If you want us to remove the gratuity, just let us know and we will
do so.
DO YOU SERVE HOOKAH AT ALL TIMES?
Yes. We serve hookah anytime we are open. That includes indoor dining, outdoor dining, and at the bar.
CAN I USE YOUR BATHROOM?
Restrooms are for customers only.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as long as those cards have a chip in them! We can’t accept cards
without a chip. We are super sorry. We do happily accept cash! Who doesn’t speak that language?
I AM COMING FROM ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT. CAN I BRING MY LEFT-OVERS WITH ME?
Unfortunately, outside food and beverage are not allowed inside of the establishment. We are unable to hold or store your outside
food or beverages while you are in the establishment.
