Gymnetics Fitness is a private fitness studio founded in 2010 by mother-and-daughter fitness duo, Ellen and Lana Ector. Built on the idea that fitness should be a part of ones’ D.N.A., Gymnetics Fitness offers personalized nutritional advice, customized weight loss programs and a work-out regime that is totally unique to you and your body.

Light Set of Dumbbells (2-3 lbs)
5 LB Dumbbells
Heavy Set of Dumbells (8-15) optional*
5-15 lb LB KETTLEBELL depending on fitness level. We typically use 10 lb Kettlebell "In Studio"
Yes all Videos will be Saved in our Video On DEMAND library for your use at any time.
Typically 45 minutes. Unless instructed in Class Description.
Yes, our music includes explicit language but it's at a minimum. Refunds will not be issued based on music
Purchase Consultation in "Shop" TAB and a GYMNETICS FITNESS Team member will reach out to you via
Zoom or Facetime.
At Gymnetics Fitness we recommend for you to attend four (4+) classes per week. The more classes you
attend the quicker your results will show, the better you will feel mentally and physically.
