Gooey on the Inside was created by a self-proclaimed emotional eater and food obsessed chick from Canada via the Caribbean.
The journey all began for her from a ‘compact’ kitchen in a Chelsea apartment in NYC where she had this crazy idea that she could make the perfect cookie.
One that was crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. After countless go-arounds the proverbial “Gooey on the Inside” cookie was born.

• All orders are shipped via UPS GROUND.

• We ship cookies MONDAYS ONLY. We cannot make any special accommodations for birthdays. The turn around time is 5-7 days from
the time you place your order as we "bake-to-order"

• UPS does not deliver to PO boxes

• We do not ship internationally

We make every effort to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. The length of time it takes for us to ship your order can vary
depending upon when the order is placed.

We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date to allow for any
unforeseen delays. Cookies can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.

Q HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

We will send a confirmation with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed
for shipment, generally the same day as shipment.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have calorie information or a nutritional breakdown available for our products, we’re happy to send
along an ingredients list to help out if you have dietary concerns.

Q WHAT IS THE COOKIE SHELF LIFE?

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For optimum freshness and flavor we recommend freezing any cookies
that will not be eaten immediately. When ready to eat simply reheat your cookies in a 350º oven for 12-15 minutes until warm.
