Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.
EKG Mobile will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any
belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe
area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.
Our detailing times are estimates only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.
We reserve the right to use any one of our experienced staff to undertake your auto detailing and may need to change the technician on
short notice without penalty.
While every effort will be made to keep regular bookings to the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make
changes but we will communicate the changes prior to arrival.
We reserve the right to alter or reschedule a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment
failure with prior notice.
Same day service requests are not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of EKG Mobile Detailing.
EKG Mobile reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
EKG Mobile reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing.
EKG Mobile will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant
actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
EKG Mobile reserves the right to charge an additional fee of $0.56 per mile for any services performed outside of a 30 mile service area
from our office location of Woodbridge, VA.
A a flat fee of $45 will be applied to all services that involve pet hair. A minimum 35% surcharge will be applied to all services that involve,
urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous substances.
Our prices are based on detailing type, location, type and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price. We also
reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.
EKG Mobile reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate
Photo Marketing Terms
EKG Mobile reserves the right to use the customer’s vehicle images or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes
and advertising. Therefore, EKG Mobile may use customer’s vehicle images on the website, advertising platforms and any other means
that EKG Mobile sees fit and appropriate including but not limited to all of EKG Mobile printed and digital publications. I understand and
agree that any photograph using my vehicle will become property of EKG Mobile.
I hereby irrevocably authorize EKG Mobile to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing EKG
Mobile programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including
written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related
to the use of the photograph.
We may ask you where you heard about EKG Mobile in order to gauge our marketing strategies
We may conduct customer satisfaction surveys
We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.
Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
EKG Mobile reserve the right to take full (100%) payment if a booking is cancelled on the day without prior agreement.
EKG Mobile reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.
EKG Mobile reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment
failure without penalty to the company.
Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from EKG Mobile Detailing voids
our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste,
mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or
any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.
Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email (email@example.com). Pictures of the
area must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org when the claim is made.
Gift Certificates can only be used once per vehicle per service.
Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with additional promotions.
Gift certificates reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.
In the event the redeemer is not covered by the EKG Mobile network, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at
time of purchase.
After 1 year of non-use the gift certificate is non-refundable.
Any promotional values or discounts expire after 1 year from time of purchase.
Your maintenance package begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew before
your service is rendered without notice until you cancel. You may cancel up to 5 business days before your services are rendered via
our scheduling page. Any cancellations received after the 5 business day period, you will be charged and serviced for that billing cycle.
You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) before your scheduled service
until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your package, plus applicable taxes every month upon renewal
until you cancel.
