Cut Seven focuses on different muscle groups each day to achieve complete muscle failure with optimum recovery. Each isolated workout plays into a larger
program, giving you the precision of personal training within a team setting.
COVID-19 SAFETY MEAURES — UPDATED DECEMBER 2021
Yes. As of December 21, 2021, all athletes and Cut Seven staff are required to be fully vaccinated to attend class. Please email a copy of your
vaccine card to the studio at info@CutSeven.com, or bring your card with you to your first class. Athletes who do not have proof of vaccination will
be turned away.
We minimize equipment sharing as much as possible and place a sanitizer kit (with spray and towel) next to each station. We encourage athletes to
wipe down equipment before use if it makes them more comfortable.
If needed, we will provide single-use gloves and hand sanitizer to use during your workout.
In accordance with the current CDC and District of Columbia guidelines, masks are not required for indoor or outdoor classes. If wearing a mask
makes you more comfortable, we encourage you to do so.
Per DC guidelines, we ask all athletes and staff to NOT attend any Cut Seven classes for 14 days following a visit to a high-risk state, or until they
receive a negative COVID test (to be taken 2-5 days following exposure). A list of high-risk states can be found here and is updated every two weeks.
Even if you test negative, we ask you to stay home and self-quarantine for a full seven days.
