We suggest you enjoy your cookies within 5 days of receiving them. If you don’t plan to enjoy them immediately, store them in the
freezer for up to 3 months.
Can I freeze leftover cookies?
If you somehow end up with leftover cookies, we suggest you place the cookies, as originally packaged, in your freezer for up to
3 months.
For added freshness, place packaged cookies in plastic wrap or a plastic bag.
Storing and Reheating Your Cookies
If you would like to enjoy warm cookies follow the reheat instructions below:
Reheat you cookies in the oven at 350° for 4 minutes or 10- 15 seconds in the microwave (all microwave ovens vary)
(From Freezer) We suggest reheating in a 375° oven for 6-8 minutes.

Our cookies are baked to order and packaged by hand to insure the freshest product possible. Each cookie will come individually
packed and sealed in a resealable bag to prolong the enjoyment of our product!
We do our best to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. The length of time it takes for us to ship your orders can vary
depending upon when the order is placed and whether or not it is the holiday season.
All orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they're received. We currently ship cookies
every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Can I schedule a time and day for my cookies to arrive?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival times. We are at the mercy of third party shipping providers and certain
factors are out of our control.
We suggest you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before desired date to allow for unseen delays.

We aren’t currently offering local delivery, but we do host several pop-ups in the DFW area and we have a storefront located at: 9320

All cookies are between 3.8 and 4 ounces. We weigh each cookie prior to baking.
Can you customize my cookies?
While we don't offer custom decorated cookies, we can offer custom packaging solutions including but not limited to custom cards,
boxes, and inserts. Please contact our sales team today for more information.

What ingredients do you use?
We use only the highest quality ingredients available. We also prefer to use Texas made/grown when possible!
Do you have an allergen-friendly cookie? (i.e. gluten- free, dairy- free, nut-free)
Not at this time. All of our cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that also processes gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts.
While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume
for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.
