With the exception of our Poblano Mellow Pepper Sauce (which contains honey), all of our pepper sauces, chutneys, and herb blend are vegan and
gluten-free. Our baked goods are not. All of our flavors are all-natural, free of artificial preservatives, and free of artificial colors.

Please note that Caribbean-style hot sauces are more flavorful and hotter than American-style hot sauces. Unless otherwise noted, expect to get
some heat! However, all you need is a drop get the impact, so our sauces will go a long way. Depending on your spice tolerance, you may use more

Wondering what the proper storage methods are for our sauces? As our sauces contain vinegar, they do not need refrigeration. You can store in a
cool dry place (ex. a cabinet) and they'll stay good for a year or longer. But if you feel more comfortable, you can also place them in the refrigerator,
and they'll be just fine.

Our rum cakes are made with 100% real Caribbean rum, so these cakes can last outside of a refrigerator for a longer time than typical cakes. For
our Caribbean Fruit Cake (Black Cake), as long as you store it in a place that’s cool and dry, it will last for months (please keep in in the container it
comes in). Our regular rum cakes can last outside for about a week after receiving them. If you’d like to keep them for longer, you can place in a
refrigerator or even freeze them.

We make our products in small batches to ensure quality. We try our best to restock sold out products within a week. If you don’t see a product,
please sign-up to be notified for when it’s back in stock. All you need to do is click on the product, and you’ll see how to do so. Please note that since
we do our best to source our ingredients locally, some of our products are seasonal. We normally make a note if a product is seasonal or limited in
availability.

Yes, you can! If you received multiple digital gift cards, you can enter each gift code during checkout. The total value will be subtracted from your
order total.

The shipping time listed includes our internal fulfillment times. We usually try to ship out orders within 48 hours (except weekends). We offer both
Prioritized and Ground shipping at checkout. We ship via Ground by default. For faster arrival, select Prioritized shipping. Depending on fulfillment,
your package will arrive in approximately 2 - 9 business days. We will send confirmation emails once the orders have been shipped.

We offer various expedited air options for an additional cost. Reach out to us directly if you would like to inquire about receiving your items faster.
This is our fastest shipping option. If you are on the East Coast, you may want to consider checking out our estimated shipping times for Prioritized
shipping (during checkout) as that option may work best for you.

See below for where we’re located. We’re a home-based business so you can’t just drop by. We do offer curbside pickup and will send you an email
with general times you can drop by after your order is fulfilled. Please remember to wear a mask when you show up.

We are located in Prince George’s County, MD (Largo/Upper Marlboro - just 30 minutes away from Washington, DC and Northern Virginia). You can
only order from our online store, but if you’re ever in the DC metro area, you have the option to pickup from us as well.

As a small business with Caribbean origins, we believe in taking care of the land that has given us plenty. Although we try to minimize the use of plastic
in our packaging, we are not 100% plastic-free. However, we are committed to reducing our use of plastic, and are constantly working on ways to
minimize our impact on Earth. We use sustainable packaging materials that can be recycled or composted. Our sauces are shipped in glass bottles,
and most of our cakes are shipped in tins or in paper kraft boxes.
