Q What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the small batch nature of the products that we house in our marketplace, we do not offer cancelations or refunds. We
understand a delay in shipping at this time may cause to have a change of heart and you wish to cancel your order but know,
investing in your health and happiness is worth the wait!

Q What is your return policy?



BLK + GRN aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you
if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at ship@blkgrn.com
within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product,
please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Q How sustainable are your shipping practices?



All of our shipping containers are made from at least 30% post-consumer waste paper. Most recycled paper products on the market
contain little or no post-consumer waste paper, only wood chips and mill scraps. You will notice that we do not include packing slips,
in order to save trees! We really try to take sustainability seriously.

Q Will you donate products to my amazing organization or event?



We are so happy that you have discovered BLK + GRN and we absolutely support any work that is uplifting Black women,
entrepreneurs, and artisans. To that end, we partner with small women-owned Black brands, and due to resource limitations, our
brands are unable to support donation requests. However, we do have a limited number of gift cards to distribute or we can offer
discounts on products if you want to purchase products for your event. This not only allows us to support your brand, but it also
allows you to support the brands of the women that we feature on our platform. We call that a win-win!

Q I want to interview or feature BLK + GRN in a media outlet or at an event?

Q How do you determine what products to sell in your marketplace?



We are really really picky! We have developed a 4-part approval process that evaluates ingredients, sourcing, effectiveness, and

Q I received a gift card at an event, and it does not work. What do I do?

Q Who is the founder of BLK + GRN?



Dr. Kristian founded BLK + GRN in 2017. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Yale University, a Master's degree from the Yale
School of Public Health, and a Doctorate degree from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Her mission is to connect Black women
to the tools, resources, knowledge, and products they need to lead happier and healthier lives. She believes that a life free of toxins
and all things artificial is a life worth cultivating.

Q What is your address change policy?



We do not offer address changes after purchase, however, once you receive your tracking number you can contact your mail carrier
and see if they are able to reroute your package (not guaranteed).

For UPS, visit UPS My Choice to change the address, date, time and location of delivery.
For FedEx, call 1 (800) 463-3339 and say "change address" when prompted, or sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
For USPS, call 1 (800) 275-8777 and press 3 when prompted, or visit www.USPS.com, select Track and Manage, and then Manage
