What is SPF? What SPF should I use?
SPF stands for sun protection factor which measures how long a sunscreen will protect you from ultraviolet (UV) rays. For reference
SPF 15 sunscreen blocks 93% of UVB rays, SPF 30 sunscreen protects 97% of UVB rays and SPF 50 blocks 98% of UVB rays. We
suggest using an SPF 30 or SPF 50 as this will provide adequate protection and coverage.
What is broad spectrum?
Broad spectrum is protection against both UVA and UVB rays. These are the rays that cause aging and burning.

ocean it can cause harm to marine life and coral reefs.

Our products do not contain parabens as we are paraben free.

We suggest applying Black Girl Sunscreen on your face and body as it contains additional moisturizing ingredients to protect and
moisturize the skin.
