How do I place my order?
We will gladly accept your order over the phone or e-mail. For your convenience, you can also order directly
from our website at www.bberidesserts.com. Make sure to indicate in the delivery instructions section your
desired delivery date and time! Once your order has been received, we will inform you when it is ready.
Note that special orders require a minimum of 24-48 hours advance notice. For large orders, please allow a
minimum of 1 week advance notice. For orders related to special events like weddings, baby showers, funerals,
corporate events or other social events, please contact us at email@example.com.
Where can we find you? I do not see your physical address listed!
Since we operate our business exclusively online (until we can find the "perfect" location), this eliminates the
need of a physical location. We interact with our customers on different platforms including social media but also
at farmers markets or city events. Depending on the season, you can find us either at the Maple Grove Farmers
Market, Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept different forms of payment including, cash, credit cards with a contact less option and Paypal only.
Why do I have to order 2 dozen and not less?
B'beri Desserts offers custom-made orders only, which infers no retail or stocking space. This means fresh
and "du jour" homemade products just for you!!
I have dietary needs, can I still order something?
B'beri Desserts offers a variety of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan products. However, our kitchen is not an
allergen-free environment and we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination with other gluten-containing products
will not occur. Moreover, our products are made from ingredients produced in plants handling different kind of
allergens such as dairy, tree nuts, eggs, soy etc...So, we do not recommend
consuming our products for customers diagnosed with Celiac disease or any other life-threatening conditions
related to these allergens. If you have other dietary needs and would still like to place an order, please inquire
directly with us via e-mail.
Do you deliver?
Yes, B'beri Desserts offers a delivery service. We can deliver to your home, workplace or directly to your event.
Delivery fees vary depending on your location. They are automatically calculated and added to your order at
checkout. For large orders, delivery charges are based on order size. Please inquire with us for more details.
I want to place an order for my wedding. Where do I start?
First of, congratulations on your wedding!! What an exciting news...Now that you are situated about your wedding
date, please visit "your events" page and click on the weddings section. We design fantastic pastry packages with
our customers in mind. To ease your nerves, we offer amazing degustation boxes!! These are samplers you'll choose
from to help choose the perfect cakes for your reception. For added convenience, degustation boxes are delivered
directly to you for a small fee.
Once you make your final selection on the pastries you desire for your event, place your order directly online or
simply send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to provide your contact information, date of the
event, number of guests, items and quantities to order and finally indicate the address where your order must
be delivered. After B'beri Desserts confirms your order with all the details needed, you will receive an invoice. If
you still have questions or concerns, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
Is a deposit required for an order?
A non-refundable deposit applies for large orders only. We require 70% upfront when placing your order and the
remainder is due at the time of delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
B'beri Desserts understands that things happen. For any cancellation regarding your order, please send us an
email at email@example.com. The cancellation will occur only if we confirm that it is still possible because we
may have already started your order. Please note that B'beri Desserts reserves the right to charge a cancellation
fee if insufficient time is provided by the customer, as stated below.
For special orders and large orders including those pertaining to wedding and social events, we will retain a
cancellation fee and refund your money as the following: 50% refund for orders cancelled a week before the
event, 25% refund for orders cancelled 72 hours before the event, and no refund will be given after 72 hours
before your event. The latter is due to costs incurred for purchasing ingredients, prioritizing, preparing and
finalizing your order. It is at the discretion of B'beri Desserts to change, cancel or provide any other options to
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do!! You can now purchase digital gift cards from our "gift card" page for yourself, family members,
friends, colleagues etc...Once you purchase an e-gift card with us, you can send it to anyone via email to use
at their convenience. Note that our gift cards never expire!
