Q RETURNS

We want you to be absolutely in love with your products. If not, email us at
info@ainiorganix.com and explain what it was you did not like. Moving forward from
there, we may or may not authorize the return. Returned items need to be 75% intact
and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.
You can return items up to 15 days after the date we shipped your order.
Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

Q MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS

We know the postman can be ROUGH. Send us a picture of your damaged or missing
item within 7 days of delivery and we will get a new one out to you free of charge.

Q WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?

All Aini Organix products are handmade in small batches in either our Atlanta or Miami
locations.

Q WHAT'S IN THE PRODUCTS?

Each of our product is made free of toxins and parabens. Our ingredients are of the
highest quality and each product has at least one ingredient from a country in Africa.
