Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24hrs of the order being received. Any orders after 24hrs will not have cancellation option.
How long does it take for me to get my order?
We’re working hard to get orders out as fast as possible. Processing time may vary due to holiday and high volume seasons.
During this time your order can take up to 18 days before being shipped.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
We currently use USPS as our main shipping carrier and do not offer a faster shipping option. If you need an item faster, please
always contact Customer Service first to see if we can accommodate.
Why was my order mailed separately?
Sometimes we have to split up an order to mail it properly. Depending on the products in the order, shipping may be split
because of size and packaging type. If this happens you will receive two tracking numbers. Example: order of 8x10 prints and
a poster size (18x24) print.
I have a tracking but haven’t received my order, what should I do next?
We will send you a tracking number once your order has finished processing. Sometime it may take 24hrs for your tracking
number to update upon being received by USPS / UPS. For "lost" orders your order has to be delayed 7 business days from
shipping date for claim to be filed. You can file a claim with their local USPS office or online at
I didn’t get a tracking number, what should I do next?
First to check to see if your order is still within the processing timeframe. Next, check to see if any delay emails were sent to
you. You may wan to search the email address you provided on your order for an email from “help@addierawr” or
“Addie Rawr Customer Service”. If you don’t have any emails from us, then please reach out to Customer Service so that we
can look into it. We’ve found in most cases, email addresses were given to us with misspelling, incomplete or that email box
is full which prevent new emails from being received. We can assist and make sure you get information about your order.
My tracking number says in transit but it looks like there’s no movement,
what should I do?
If your order is in transit for more than 7 business days and USPS has not updated the status, you will need to contact USPS.
We don’t get notifications if there’s transit issues, as it may be something out of our control, but we can do our best to assist
with making sure you receive your order. If you need future assistance, please reach out to Customer Service.
My order says delivered but I don’t have the package, what should I do next?
We want to make sure you get your order directly in your hands. If the tracking is showing delivered but you didn’t receive it,
please check with your local USPS office. They can file a claim or look into your delivery route to make sure thief isn’t an issue.
If you are sure your item was stolen USPS may have you file a police report.
I received my order but missing some items, what should I do next?
Mistakes happen and we are always here to help. If you’re missing an item in your package, please reach out to our customer
service team as soon as possible. Keep a copy of the receipt that comes in the package and send over a picture and the item
missing to our team. We will make sure to send out all missing items in the next upcoming shipment.
I received a broken product, what do I do next?
If an item is broken (mugs & candles) you must contact your local USPS office to file a claim or file online. When filing online you
will also have to take the original package and damage product to a local USPS office for proof. USPS requires this process in
filing a claim and will cover your order for up to $50 (more depending on total purchase) on all fragile products. File the claim

If you received a product with damage or defect, please email Customer Service with picture proof within 24hrs of receiving.
Currently, replacement items are limited due to items being limited and seasonal. We will determine next steps.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Please reach out to Customer Service if you have any questions or
issue with your order upon receiving.
My order was cancelled, what happened?
If your order has been canceled by our team this means there was an issue with your order during manual processing. Orders
will be cancelled if two or more coupon codes are used at the same time. Coupons can only be used one at a time per order.
Orders will be cancelled if a fraud alert is put on your address or card with the credit card processing company. If you think your
order has been cancelled in error, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
